Only students are allowed to setup their academic display. The board displays will be judges shortly after setup, and will then be available for public display from 4pm - 8pm. (Students should not leave any valuables on display as the event will be open to public viewing). Students to go into Ballroom C and get their Academic Posters (boards) and then bring them to SU room 404 A for their oral presentation, then return board/poster display to the Ballroom so it can be viewed by the public from 4:00PM - 8:00 PM
